This categorize all the not yet completed projects in record into group based on their respective risk level. This report categorize all your member utilization based on their assigned effort in the coming 2 weeks. over 100% mean they are booked full in the next 2 weeks. The higher the percentage the longer beyond the next 2 weeks they are booked. Project risk is calculated based on the calculated schedule and the deadline set. In future version you will be able to elect to measure based on checkpoint set within the project. System will use the speed of which the project is getting completed. This chart show the individual member's utilization, you can click on their name to see the full list of task currently assigned to them. This chart show you a break down of client you have in record, together with project and resources you have under each of them. The priority list is generated by BisZinc system, our system auto optimize every project and user assignment to match their schedule setting. The one you have is one that is optimized for your across all team, projects and assignment. This list recommend a 'order' to which you should attend to your task, but this stay as recommendation, you know your task best you should be the final judge. This refer to the percentage of work done for this task, you are responsible of setting it. please update it as work move on. this need only be a estimation providing other member some idea how far are you from completing the task. Our system try to put every project and task into proper schedule, using everyone's plan and availability, to come up with an estimation that can help PM and member to understand roughly how the plan looks like when all the elements are being put together. One result is an estimated time the give project/task should start and would be expected to complete.

This is an estimation based on the system generated plan. so please take this as a reference only, but if you can complete the task before the marked deadline the said project should be able to complete within the estimated time.
They refer to the risk level of the task/project. there are 5 classes:
  • 4 (red) refer to imminent which mean the task is either already late or most certainly will be late.
  • 3 (orange) refer to High, meaning there is less than 10% of buffer left from the deadline, it is likely the project/task will miss the deadline
  • 2 (yellow) refer to medium, meaning there is less than 25% of buffer left from the deadline, the project/task should be safe
  • 1 (green) refer to low, meaning there's plenty of buffer and the project/task is not at risk
  • 0 (gray) refer to TBD, meaning the risk can not be calculated, likely due to lack of input such as setting of a deadline
Our system monitor the change in progress as data input happen. we use that info to calculate a time needed to complete 1% of work. You can add comment to each of the task you are assigned, you can use this as record of event happen with the task that might be worth capturing. comment will not be saved if the PM decide to create a new Template out of the project. Deadline is a reference we use to calculate risk, depending on the velocity of which the task is getting completed and the computer generated schedule, system will measure how likely the task will finish before the set deadline.

Deadline is not considered when system making plan, system take in the priority of the projects, order of the task, schedule of every staff assigned and known effort needed for the task to come up with a plan, which, is then used to compare to this deadline. So if you want to bump the priority of a task please do so in the project view.

Template is the online document we use in BisZinc to capture and track your work flow. It's a very simple, down to the earth format, that aim to allow you to construct your work flow step by step. It basically contain of "Task" and "sub-Task". You can combine and create any number of them to store your work flow.
There are 2 ways you can create them. you can open our template library to create new template or edit one you already have or you can start a new template in any existing/new project. simply use the add template function and type in a name that doesn't exists, system will help you create a new one.
To being, we recommend by starting a project. you can do that by first visiting our project management page. click on the start project to begin a new project.
let's say we create a new project call 'setup a internal meeting'
Assuming you need to organize a meeting a few weeks down the road with your team member to setup a plan for a up coming client project. you might need to setup the following:
Prepare the material for the meeting
  1. Identify personal who need to attend the meeting
  2. Find a suitable time that works for everyone
  3. Book the meeting room
  4. Send out invite
As of now we have all the task setup with you as the owner. you can use these as a reminder to yourself to follow these works, and with that you have your first template captured.
Now save a copy of this step as a template so you can use it again in the future. And as you develop your process you might add/edit the step as you develop better strategy of what should be done in these process. you can also save the template again to capture your latest idea.
